Every live bet settles against the official match result published by the competition organizer. We pull the final score from the same data feed that powers the live odds, and your account wallet updates within minutes of settlement. Disputed results follow the competition's own ruling.

Each sport has settlement rules — football bets settle on ninety minutes plus injury time, badminton on the official match score, esports on the tournament's published result. If a match is abandoned or postponed before completion, we void all unsettled live bets and return your stake to your account wallet.

Odds display

Odds in the live lobby appear in decimal format by default. Tap the gear icon at the top right of the lobby to switch between decimal, fractional or Hong Kong formats; your choice applies to all live markets until you change it again in settings.

Bet confirmation

After you enter your stake and tap confirm, we check that the odds haven't moved in the past second. If they have, we show you the new price and ask you to accept or cancel. If the market suspended while your bet was in flight, we return your stake immediately.

In-play means betting on a match or event while it is happening, rather than before it starts. The odds update in real time as the score and match situation change, and you can place bets until the final whistle or match end.

What is a suspended market?

A suspended market is temporarily closed for new bets, usually during a goal, penalty, set point or other decisive moment. The market reopens within seconds once the feed recalculates odds based on the new match state.

What are decimal odds?

Decimal odds show the total return per ringgit staked, including your original stake. For example, odds of 2.50 mean you get RM2.50 back for every RM1.00 bet if you win, so a RM10 stake returns RM25.

What does "cash out" mean?

Cash out lets you settle a live bet before the match ends, taking a guaranteed payout based on the current odds. The cash-out price changes in real time; if your team is ahead the price rises, if they fall behind it drops.

What is a void bet?

A void bet is canceled and your stake is returned to your account wallet. We void live bets if the match is abandoned, postponed or the result is overturned by the competition organizer after settlement.
